My culinary journey is a story of roots, travels, and deep respect for the land and the sea. I began in Argentina, refined my craft in Europe, and brought those global influences to Australia, where I honed my techniques in fine dining.

After a rewarding chapter in Byron Bay, I found my home in Margaret River, where the land and ocean shape every ingredient I choose. I create bespoke menus that let you and your guests relax and enjoy the moment—celebrating local farmers, sustainable practices, and the honest flavors of Western Australia.
